个人简介

1978-1982年就读于大连理工大学中间体及染料化工专业,获学士学位,随后在武汉染料厂工作,1983年考取大连理工大学精细化工专业研究生,1986年获硕士学位,1990年获博士学位,1992年在南开大学完成有机化学专业博士后工作,回到大连理工大学化工学院工作,1996年破格晋升为教授,1997-2023年任精细化工国家重点实验室主任,2019-2023年任化工学院院长。长期从事精细化工领域研究:从基础理论研究出发,形成了近红外比率荧光菁染料探针分子平台,为解决复杂体系荧光信息的定量获取提供了新方法,被国内外广泛应用;构建的耐候性喷墨打印染料产品体系,大规模产业化,为我国成为彩色喷墨打印耗材大国,做出了重要贡献;创制的荧光探针在血液细胞分析系统的产业化应用,促进了我国在血液临床分析装备领域从空白到国际一流的跨越。发表论文500余篇,授权国内外发明专利120余项,参与起草国家标准20余项、ISO国际标准5项。获批国家创新研究群体基金“染料分子功能调控”和国家重大项目基金“非常规激发染料的构效调控及产品工程科学基础”。作为第一完成人,获2013年国家自然科学二等奖和2006年国家技术发明二等奖,以及4项省部级一等奖/特等奖。2001年获国务院政府特殊津贴,2007年获国家杰出青年科学基金,入选教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。2008年被评为全国化工优秀科技工作者,2016年被评为全国优秀科技工作者,2017年当选中国科学院院士,2020年获全国创新争先奖,2023年获全国五一劳动奖章。多年入选Clarivate全球“高被引科学家”。
