研究领域

（1）蛋白酶的高效高活性克隆表达与纯化：从菌种构建，表达调控以及发酵培养等研究入手，提出并实施在大肠杆菌中可溶性表达目标产物实现高效高活性表达的思路，从而建立了低成本、生态友好、具有产业化前景的生产重组蛇毒类凝血酶的新技术。（2）人工核酸酶研究：将现有的DNA光敏损伤活性小分子用于重组蛋白质/酶分离纯化过程中核酸的去除，建立了生化工程应用导向的人工核酸酶快速筛选和评价体系。（3）生物转化中新酶的发现与制备：发现了重要的具有高效生物转化能力的微生物，应用于芳香硝基还原或合成非天然有机化合物，解决有机合成中环境污染、操作安全以及生产成本等问题，促使精细化学工业的可持续性发展。（4）绿色农药分子设计中新靶标酶的发现与表征：已获取亚洲玉米螟几丁质水解酶和合成酶的基因全序列及水解酶的纯品。
