主要研究方向是利用斑马鱼作为模式系统研究心血管的发育及其相关先天性疾病的分子遗传机制。长期采用分子生物学和生物化学技术, 致力于水生动物遗传发育, 斑马鱼心血管系统发育,干细胞发育和分化分子机制的研究。
