个人简介

中南大学“升华学者”特聘教授,博士生导师。现任资源加工与生物工程学院副院长,生物冶金教育部重点实验室副主任。 工作经历 1982-1986年,湖南农业大学植物保护专业,获农学学士学位; 1986-1989年,北京农业大学植物病专业,获农学硕士学位; 1989-1999年,湖南农业大学从事植物病理教学与科研工作,1992年晋升为讲师,1997年晋升为副教授;发表论文20余篇,获湖南省科技进步一等奖和三等奖各1项; 2000-2003年,美国橡树岭国家实师从著名的美籍华裔微生物学家周集中博士,从事微生物基因芯片与功能基因组学和分子生态学的研究,获博士学位; 2004年作为人才引进调入中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院, 2005至今,中南大学“升华学者”特聘教授,博士生导师。主要从事生物冶金以及微生物生态学和功能基因组学研究。

研究领域

1. 生物冶金:主要开展生物冶金菌种筛选及其基础理论与工业应用研究; 2.微生物功能基因组学:主要应用以基因芯片为基础的方法研究冶金模式微生物的遗传基础与调控机理; 3. 微生物分子生态学:主要应用基因组学方法及基因芯片技术研究各种自然环境和污染环境的微生物群落结构与功能; 4. 环境污染生物治理与生态恢复; 5. 药用植物资源与开发利用:药用植物有效成分的分离提取及功能基因组学。 6. 野生动物遗传多样性与保护:主要开展神农架金丝猴的基因组学和遗传多样性监测与管理技术研究。
