Analytical, Nanotechnology, and Inorganic Chemistry

Aneta Czajkowska (publishing as Aneta J. Mieszawska) has been an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry since August 2013 and holds a joint appointment with the CUNY Graduate Center. Her research interests span across nanotechnology and nanomedicine with specific interest in designing and testing the theranostic nanoparticle systems for concurrent imaging and therapy of disease. Her Ph.D. work included the synthesis and characterization of metal nanostructures and applications of nanostructural inorganic/organic hybrid systems.
