研究领域

主要从事PVD法在不同类型基底表面的过渡金属硫族化合物可控生长( 层数、畴区尺寸、成核密度、形貌、边缘结构、异质结结构等 );过渡金属硫族化合物的能带工程:大面积亚纳米级合金化合物的生长、晶体结构表征、拉曼与荧光光谱性质研究、半导体光电器件性能研究等。已在Adv.Mater, ACS Nano, JACS,Electrochi. Acta等SCI期刊发表学术论文20余篇,其中一作文章6篇,一篇论文被Adv.Mater.做内封面报道且成为SCI高被引论文,论文总被引用过300次。获得国家授权发明专利一项。曾在多次国际学术会议中获得优秀墙报奖。另外,与诸多世界著名高校或研究所开展合作研究,如MIT,Yale University,新加坡国立大学,香港理工大学,北京大学,清华大学,国家纳米科学中心,兰州大学等。
