个人简介
叶海峰,男,华东师范大学生命科学学院,上海市调控生物学重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。2004年于宁波大学获得理学学士学位,2007年于华东师范大学获得理学硕士学位。2007年8月赴瑞士留学,就读于瑞士苏黎世联邦理工大学(ETH Zurich),攻读生物技术工程博士学位。并于2012年7月获得瑞士苏黎世联邦理工大学,生物系统工程系博士学位。2012年到2013年继续留任原单位进行博士后研究。2013年被授予瑞士苏黎世联邦理工大学最高荣誉奖章:“ETH Silver Medal”。
研究领域
主要从事合成生物学与生物医学工程的研究。主要利用合成生物学理念,人工设计、合成智能基因网络调控系统并用于疾病的诊断与治疗。主要研究内容包括:合成生物学元件及模块的构建;设计合成生物分子信号感应处理元件和细胞自我控制元件;开发智能化诊疗生物器件;以人工合成的基因回路为基础的基因治疗和细胞治疗、开发可调控的智能药物载体系统等,从而为人类疾病的诊断与治疗提供新方法和新策略。
