Alongside his role within academia, he practices clinically, both as a frontline Paramedic for the ambulance service and Paramedic Practitioner within an urgent care service. At present, he is conducting his Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education and Masters in Therapeutics which looks at clinical pharmacology and its application within primary care
