毛细管电泳是本组主要也是最早展开研究的微量高效高速分析方法,研究内容涉及仪器研制、活细胞测定、蛋白分析、天然草药分析等。新近的研究包括规则分离介质的合成及组装、芯片电泳、超高速分离、基于芯片的化学合成、塑料及玻璃芯片的快速制备等。
主要项目:1)赤霉素测定,2)色谱分离新介质,3)手性分离
表面等离子体共振传感与成像是本组的另一重要研究,目标是发展免标记的高通量生物识别与分析方法,内容包括实验装置及商品样机研制、高密度可寻址识别点阵传感芯片制作、微点定性与定量测定、蛋白/糖/DNA的识别筛查、信号增敏方法等。
主要项目:1)SPR耦合新结构及装置研制,2)高通量免标记识别与筛选分析方法,3)肿瘤标志物分析,4)赤霉素分析,5)联用方案
质谱是本组最晚开始的研究,目的在于寻找进行生物分子无损鉴定的新方法,焦点是发展生物分子质量准确测定的新思路和新方法。目前有GC-MS、LC-MS的研究是发展高效离子源和高可靠校标新技术。
主要项目:1)赤霉素鉴定,2)脑脊液活性成分鉴定,3)质量校标新方法
