个人简介

柯李晶,男,1977年10月生,福建闽侯人,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2000年毕业于厦门大学,获生物学学士,其后在福州大学生物工程研究所工作,任助理研究员。2011年获英国爱丁堡大学生化与生物物理学博士学位。2013年1月起任职于浙江工商大学食品与生物工程学院。

研究领域

传统食品、天然产物、中药中的活性成分及其复合物的微纳米构造,例如食品和中药中美拉德反应产物的性质与功能、骨汤和茶汤微纳米胶体颗粒的性质与功能、食品经消化道粘膜介导的生理调节功能及其机制等内容
